1913

In 1913 a number of drastic and destructive changes were made to our Constitution, and our code of just law.

They were:

The direct election of US Senators -Prior to the 17th amendment, Senators were elected by state
legislatures, not directly by the people. This was an important element in the checks and balances designed
to limit federal encroachment on the rights of the people, and on the authority granted to the states and
denied to the federal government.

The institution of an income tax -The only time such a tax had been imposed before 1913 was for
a brief period, during the Civil War, strictly as a wartime measure. The new income tax would become
the permanent and escalating instrument for the redistribution of wealth envisioned by Karl Marx.

The establishment of the tax-exempt foundation system -By this arrangement, the wealthy could
shelter vast amounts of wealth from the income tax being simultaneously created. While some foundations
engage in philanthropic work, many of the largest are conduits for the support of subversive organizations,
some of whom are militantly anti-American and globalist in nature.

The creation of the Federal Reserve -This measure was the coup de grace to our Republic, and the
fourth and greatest step we took that year on the road to tyranny. Our monetary system was placed in the
hands of private bankers with the power to create fiat currency out of thin air, and to inflate that currency at will.
